Betty Ann VanDam, age 66, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024. She was born in Muskegon, MI on January 10, 1958, to Ralph & Dorothy McGruther and graduated from Oakridge High School in 1976. Mrs. VanDam had been employed as a Home Health Aide until retiring. Betty enjoyed listening to Randy Travis, listening to high school football on Friday nights, playing pool, and mahjong. She also liked watching TV, mostly NASCAR, cartoons, and Hallmark movies.

'Children, April Beaman, Michael (Kimberly) VanDam; grandchildren, Emma VanDam, Connor VanDam; mother, Dorothy McGruther; siblings, Annabelle (Bob) Figge, Nina (Bob) Jamison, Ralph McGruther Jr., Bill McGruther; former spouse, Micheal VanDam; special friend, Cindy Guy. She was preceded in death by her boyfriend Kirk "Tiny" Bond; sisters, Roxanne, and JoAnn.
