Betty L Morse

Ms. Betty Lorraine Morse, age 87, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on May 18, 1930 to William & Doris (Wheeler) Town. Ms. Morse had been employed for New Era Cannery and Ore Ida for years until retiring. Betty was a former member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church and life member of VFW Lt. Clement F Derezinski Post #7729 Auxiliary. Betty had the best heart and took in kids from the neighborhood. Her unconditional love for children, family and her tons of friends will never be forgotten. SURVIVORS Sons, Raymond Morse of Muskegon, Samuel Morse of Muskegon, Terry Morse of Muskegon, John Morse of Grand Rapids; daughters, Cheryl Coman of Muskegon, Billi Jo (Neal) Grossenbacher of Muskegon, Wendy (Troy) Eastling of Muskegon; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Donna Stratten. She was preceded in death by sons, Patrick, Larry brothers, Clarence, Ron & Alan and sister, Gloria. SERVICE Saturday, May 5, 2018, 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Fr. Wayne Wheeler officiating. MEMORIAL: Make a Wish Foundation.
