Betty Bond

Mrs. Betty Lou Bond, age 77, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on May 16, 1938 to Earl & Elizabeth (Gray) Abson and married James Bond. Mrs. Bond had been employed as a Custodian & Nurse Aid at Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord for 27 years and later worked in Muskegon. Betty enjoyed puzzles, solitaire, watching TV and reading. We will love you mom and you will be missed very much. SURVIVORS Sons, Daniel (Vicki) Vanderstelt, Naman (Kim) Vanderstelt, Phil (Carla) Vanderstelt; daughter, Cindy (Lester) Ritz, Alice King; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews & friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Bond; daughter, Sally Vanderstelt; son-in-law, Noah King; 2 brothers & 10 sisters. SERVICE Tuesday, March 1, 2016, 12:00 pm at Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Pastor Dan Smith officiating. Interment in Egelston Township Cemetery. VISITATION Monday, February 29, 2016, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and visitation 1 hour prior to the service at Clock Funeral Home - Muskegon.
