Mrs. Bertha F. Kenjesky, age 100, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2014. She was born in Muskegon Heights, MI on July 10, 1913 to Joseph & Frances (Laube) Mayette and married Charles Kenjesky on September 30, 1939. Mrs. Kenjesky had been employed as a machine operator at Kent Products for years until retiring in 1978. She enjoyed her flower garden, swimming, needlework, casinos and loved to travel with her sisters. But foremost was always her family. SURVIVORS Daughter, Ruth (John) Monaghan of KY; granchildren, Melissa Monaghan of KY, B.J. (Stacie Sloan) Monaghan of KY; great grandchildren, Nathan Mattingly, Amara Mattingly and Brodie Monaghan; brother, George Mayette of Norton Shores; niece, Sharon Kowalski and family; nephew, Gary Mayette and family; special niece-in-law, Carolyn Brown and family; friends and caregivers, Phyllis Swieringa, Hank & Helen McCollum. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles in 1981; son, Raymond in 2009; grandson, Thomas; sisters, Stella Mosher & Ruth Dulyea; and nephew, James Brown. SERVICE Wednesday, May 7, 2014, 12:30 PM and visitation one hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Carlos Ramos officiating. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.
