Bernice A. Lebo

Mrs. Bernice A. Lebo, age 97, of Muskegon, MI, passed away Monday, February 11, 2008 at Heartland Health Care Center/Knollview. She was born November 5, 1910 in Niles, MI to the late Otto and Ona (Toney) Feather. She married Clarence G. Lebo on May 10, 1930 in South Bend, IN and resided there most of her life. Bernice was a member of Central United Methodist Church, Avalon Grotto Auxiliary, and a 50 year member of the St. Joseph Chapter 569 of Order of Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening, her flowers and baking pies. She was a loving grandmother who will be greatly missed. Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence. Surviving are her daughter, Joyce (Lebo) Lewinski of Muskegon; grandson, Neil Lewinski (Kathee Lemmen) of Kalamazoo; granddaughter, Jennifer (Al) Kaulius of Muskegon; five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. Memorial Services for Bernice will be on Saturday, February 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 1011 Second St., Muskegon, MI with Reverend Jan Johnson officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, South Bend, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Harbor Hospice or Central United Methodist Church.
