Mrs. Bernadine A. Cihak, age 92, died Thursday, June 2, 2011. She was born in Joliet, IL on May 31, 1919 to Charles & Catherine (Schilling) Scheppman and married Charles W. Cihak on April 14, 1941. Mrs. Cihak had moved as a young child with her family to Whitehall. She had been a homemaker and was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking and shopping, but foremost was always her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed greatly. SURVIVORS 3 sons, Charles (Linda) of North Muskegon, Randall of Muskegon & Michael (Pamela) of North Muskegon; 3 daughters, Karen (Thomas) Blais of Spring Lake, Barbara (George) Keefe of North Muskegon & Vicki (Ronald) Hillman Gallas of North Muskegon; 21 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; 1 sister-in-law, Marian Setlock of FL; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles " Mr. C "; 3 sisters, Catherine Gendron, Eleanor Fodrocy, Henrietta Timmick; 2 brothers, Charles and Raymond. SERVICE Wednesday, June 8, 2011, 11:00 AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. VISITATION Wednesday, 1 hour prior to the service at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. MEMORIAL: Alzheimers Research.
