Beatrice Robertson

Mrs. Beatrice Robertson, age 90, died Saturday June 8th, 2008. She was born in Muskegon, MI on December 19, 1917 to Paul & Stella (Evans) Bayer and married William L. Robertson in Muskegon on August 16, 1942; William preceded her in death in 2003. Beatrice retired from Howmet Castings after 17 years of service in 1982 and was a member of the Eastern Star and the Maccabee's Drill Team. Bea enjoyed to knit, crochet, bake, and craft. She is survived by 1 daughter, Susan (Paul) Stratton of Wichita Falls, TX and 1 son Bruce (Bonnie) of Bangkok, Thailand; 3 grandchildren, Christopher Robertson of Wichita Falls, TX and Jennifer Robertson of Phoenix, AZ and Shaun Stratton of Wichita Falls, TX; and sisters, Helen Osborn of Montague and Alice (Bill) Mingle of Muskegon. 3 sisters preceded her in death, Pauline Delich of Dublin, Georgia, Elsie Farrell of Muskegon, and Florence Wright of Whitehall. Private family interment will be in Mona View Cemetery. Memorials to Hospice of Muskegon - Oceana are appreciated.
