Beatrice Doubles

Mrs. Beatrice V. Doubles, age 93, died Tuesday, August 18, 2009. She was born in Lima, OH on October 24, 1915 to Charles & Lulu (Bradley) Chester and married Orie Doubles on November 16, 1940. Mrs. Doubles had been employed as a Cook/Baker at Tony Lakos & Black Angus for years until retiring. She was an avid reader who enjoyed knitting for her grandchildren and loved to travel. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Son, Donald (Diane) Doubles of WA; daughters, Judith Hall of FL, Beverly Babcock of Muskegon; 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; special niece, Marie Eyestone & several other nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Orie on April 16, 1987; 3 brothers; 1 sister; & 2 sons-in-law, Leon Babcock & James Hall. SERVICE Saturday, August 22, 2009, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel with Pastor Ken Shady officiating. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION Friday, 6-8 PM and Saturday, 1 hour prior to the service at Clock Life Story Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: Fruitport Lions Charities.
