TEUNIS, MRS. BARBARA A. Grand Haven Mrs. Barbara A. Teunis, age 72, died Sunday, October 23, 2005 at her home. She was born in Sault Ste. Marie, MI on May 8, 1933 to Orville & Ann Mooney Collins and married Warren Teunis on September 6, 1952 in Spokane, WA. Mrs. Teunis had worked with her husband in their store, Allendale Hardware & Lumber for 17 years until retiring in 1990. She was a member of First Reformed Church, and an avid reader, she liked to travel and collect dolls. She wintered in Florida for many years. SURVIVORS Warren "Rich", husband of 53years; 2 sons, Gary Teunis of Grand Haven, MI and Daniel Lisa Teunis of Allendale, MI; 2 daughters, Kathy Keith Koetsier of Grand Haven, MI, Karen Tom Mastenbrook of Hesperia, MI; 8 grandchildren, Stacy Koetsier, Amie MattVanAmberg, Lucas Crum, Alexander Crum, Maribeth Mastenbrook, Paul Mastenbrook, Brian Rachel Teunis and Amanda Teunis; great granddaughter, Caitlyn Crum; brother, Patrick Delores Collins of Berrian Springs; brother-in-law, Gordon Sonja Teunis of FL and sister-in-law, Bonnie Butcher of Grand Haven. SERVICE 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 29, 2005, at First Reformed Church with Rev. John Koedyker and Kathy Bartels officiating. MEMORIAL: donations may be given to Hospice of North Ottawa Community.
