Barbara Brenning

Barbara Jane Brenning, Muskegon, age 79, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Barb was born in Muskegon, Michigan on October 22, 1931 to Marie (Lacross) and Edward Mecher. She married Victor J. Brenning on December 15, 1956. For over 30 years, Barb ran her own housekeeping service along with taking care of her 3 children. In her spare time, she loved collecting antiques, painting and playing piano. SURVIVORS Barb is survived by long time companion Leroy Miner of North Muskegon; her daughter Vanessa (George) Sias of North Muskegon; 6 grandchildren: Mike (Brandi) Judd, Matt (Tania) Judd, Victor (Courtney) Brenning, Dawn (Alfredo) Brenning and Noah (Jene'e) Sias; and 4 great-grandchildren: Hannah, Carson, Emily, Corbin and Emma. She is preceded in death by her 2 sons: Michael Judd and Victor A Brenning of Muskegon; her former husband Victor J Brenning of Muskegon; her 3 siblings: Edward, Leroy and Helen (Smith) Mecher.
