BOND, MRS. BARBARA J. Whitehall Mrs. Barbara J. Bond, age 66, died Thursday, August 2, 2001. She was born in Muskegon, MI on October 8, 1934 to Jay & Amanda Mowl Griswold. Mrs. Bond worked as an LPN at Hillcrest Nursing Center. She was a member of Friendship Wesleyan Church in N. Muskegon & the V.F.W. Post #3195 Ladies Auxiliary. SURVIVORS 3 sons, Donald Theresa Bond of Muskegon, Bruce Terry Bond of Whitehall & Nickolis Bond of Appleton, WI; 1 daughter, Sandra Frank VanderSlute of Muskegon; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 1 brother, Woodrow Griswold of TX; 1 sister, Lois Sturgeon of Muskegon. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, Roy in 1970 & Andrew in 1997, 5 brothers, 1 sister & by her former husband, Donald Bond in 1990. SERVICE Monday, August 6, 2001, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel with Pastor Michael Engelsman officiating. Interment at Laketon Township Cemetery. VISITATION Sunday, 5-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
