Aurilla M. "Rill" Farmer

Mrs. Aurilla M. "Rill" Farmer, age 71, died Tuesday, June 23, 2009. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 29, 1937 and married Dr. John Farmer on November 28, 1958. Mrs. Farmer had been a Homemaker who enjoyed a lifetime of community volunteering. She was a longtime active member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and Muskegon Country Club. An avid gardener, Rill enjoyed quilting, needlepoint, sewing & knitting and was an excellent cook. Her devotion to her family was always foremost. SURVIVORS Husband, Dr. John Farmer; sons Andrew (Shari) Farmer of NJ, Greg (Susan) Farmer of Grand Rapids, Ned (Ellisa) Farmer of WA; daughter, Kate Farmer of WA; grandchildren, Ian, Ethan, Katie, Maggie, Betsy, sisters, Jane Miller of NM, Yvonne Frash of AZ; several nieces & nephews. SERVICE Friday, June 26, 2009, 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with Rev. Dr. Thomas C.H. Scott, Rector officiating. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery. VISITATION Thursday, 5-7 PM at Clock Life Story Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
