Audrey Marcella Neiser

Neiser, Audrey Marcella Muskegon, Michigan Audrey Marcella Neiser, age 95, passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022. She was born in Muskegon, MI on June 14, 1926 to Peter & Marie (Schmidt) Burkall. She married Harold Neiser on Aug. 22, 1947, he preceded her in death in 1998. Audrey was a wonderful mother and grandmother who also taught ceramics with her daughter, Diane, in her home for over 30 years. She was a great seamstress who made many of her children's clothes, especially for special occasions. She also enjoyed embroidery, knitting and playing the piano. She was a former member of Central Lutheran Church and most recently attended Lake Harbor United Methodist. SURVIVORS Daughters, Gloria (Lawrence) Ross of Greenville, Diane (Eldon) Self of Grand Haven, Marcia (Rick) Norstrom of Norton Shores, Janene (Steve) Start of Norton Shores; Grandchildren, Pamela (Dave) Ingles, Todd (Hilary) Karnatz, Scott Karnatz, Jeffrey (Sarah) Karnatz, Kevin (Elizabeth) Self, Michael (April) Self, Marcy (Scott) Hannahs, Kindra (Mark) Vilneff, JaNae (Terry) Stewart; 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, granddaughter Stefanie Start; siblings Marie, Ted, Alvin, Arthur, Norma, Alma, Ronald and Harold. SERVICE Tuesday, March 8, 2022, 12:00 PM at Lake Harbor United Methodist Church with Rev. Mary Ivanov officiating. Interment in Norton Cemetery. VISITATION One hour prior to the service at Lake Harbor United Methodist Church. MEMORIAL Contributions may be directed to Lake Harbor United Methodist Memorial Fund.
