Audrey Amburgey

Mrs. Audrey "MeMe" H. Amburgey, age 66, died Thursday, May 12, 2011. She was born in Muskegon on July 25, 1944 to Noble & Gladys (Burak) Stuberg and married David Amburgey. Mrs. Amburgey had been self employed as a Beautician and enjoyed home decorating, flower gardening, bargain shopping with sister Rose, talking with sister Phyllis about their grandchildren, cooking, and spending time with her family. SURVIVORS Son, David "Duke" Amburgey; 2 daughters, Karrie Stuberg, Angela (Kirk) Paulsen, all of Muskegon; 4 grandchildren, Dani Jo, David, Carissa, Rachel; great grandson, Jordan; 2 sisters, Phyllis (John) Jaenicke of Fruitport, RoseAnn (Chris) Horton of Spring Lake; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Phillip; sister, Judy Hoffmeyer; aunt, Helen. SERVICE There will be a private memorial gathering. MEMORIAL: American Cancer Society.
