RENNA, MR. ARTHUR MELVIN Muskegon, mi Mr. Arthur Melvin Renna, age 88, died Wednesday, January 16, 2002. He was born in Fertile, MN on December 10, 1913 to Albert & Mina Saxum Renna & married the former Iola Helling in Moorehead, MN on October 13, 1945. Mr. Renna was a Veteran having served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII of which he was honored with the Silver Star, the Bronze Star & the Purple Heart. Prior to his retirement in 1978, he had worked at Teledyne Continental Motors for over 20 years as a Machinist. Mr. Renna was a member of Samuel Lutheran Church where he also had worked as a Custodian. SURVIVORS 1 son, Steve Mary Renna of N. Muskegon; 5 grandchildren, Ryan Kemp, Jennifer Kemp, Bethany Renna, Mindi Jackson & Kyle Jackson; 1 great granddaughter, Alysa Kemp-Bordeaux; 1 sister, Belinda Reseland of OK. SERVICE Monday, January 21, 2002, 2:00 PM at Samuel Lutheran Church with Rev. Christopher Anderson officiating. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION Sunday, 2-5 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
