Arbogast, E. Carol

Mrs. Arbogast, age 65, died October 7, 2006. Born October 8, 1940, in Detroit, to William and Marguerite (Cavender) Henry, she had lived in the Blue Lake Township area for many years. On September 26, 1959, in Holton, she married Fred Arbogast. She had been a homemaker much of her life and had worked as a secretary for Smith Brothers Roofing for a number of years. Mrs. Arbogast had attended Holton United Methodist Church, Blue Lake Community Church and currently attended Tree of Life Synagogue in Grand Rapids. She had been a Stanley Home Products distributor for many years, was a member of the Blue Lake Township Fire Department Auxiliary, a member of the Blue Lake Busy Bees and was a member of the Red Hat Society. Mrs. Arbogast was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters. FAMILY: Her husband, Fred; 1 son, Fred II (Melonie) Arbogast of Holton; 2 daughters, Pam (Terry) Ingle of Rothbury and Kelly Tanner of Whitehall; 7 grandchildren, Fred III & Jennifer Arbogast, Terry II "T.J." & Clarissa Ingle, and Wes, Whitney & Haley Tanner; 1 brother, Donald (Mary Ann) Henry of Holton; many nieces & nephews. SERVICE: Wednesday, October 11, 2006, at 11:00 AM from Clock Chapel-Whitehall with Elder Dean VanderMey officiating. Interment will be made in Oakland Cemetery - Dalton Township.
