Annjean Yandian

Mrs. Annjean Yandian, age 91, passed away Monday, September 5, 2016. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on January 28, 1925 to William & Antoinette (Zahn) Flickema and served her country in the US Army WAC during World War II. She married the former Joseph Yandian on June 23, 1946. Mr. and Mrs. Yandian lived in Wayne most of their married life where she had been employed as a Teachers Aide for Wayne-Westland School District for years. They moved back to Muskegon after Joe retired. Annjean was a member of the RK Club. She enjoyed golfing, sailing and was a huge fan of U of M Football. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Sons, Stephen (Joyce) Yandian of NC, Bill (Kay) Yandian of Grand Ledge; daughters, Ellen (Edwin) Jaworski of Dexter, Laurie Jeffery of Eastpointe; grandchildren, Jeffery, Emily, Sarah, Samantha, William & Steven; great grandchild, Allison; sister, Karolyn (Ken) Rollenhagen of N. Muskegon. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2003; brothers, Bill, Albert sister, Alberta. SERVICE Friday, September 9, 2016, 1:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. John Brown officiating. Interment in Lakeside Cemetery.
