Anne R. English

Mrs. Anne Rita English, age 77, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017. She was born in Bay Port, Michigan on March 8, 1940 to Frank & Odelia (Wittman) Eisengruber. Mrs. English had been employed as an adult education teacher for various school districts until retiring. Anne was a member of Harbor Unitarian Universalist Congregation. She was very active in the community, donating her time and talents to Every Woman's Place and M.A.P. Mrs. English volunteered at the Frauenthal Center for Performing Arts where she enjoyed the symphony and performances. Anne was a human rights and peace activist who loved to travel and enjoyed singing. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Daughters, Cathy (Ted) Chittenden of Grand Rapids, Nancy (Gary) Grigsby of Muskegon; sons, Frank (Lisa) English of Spring Lake, Robert English of FL; grandchildren, Katie, Sara, Laurie, Alexis, Chloe, Joshua; great grandchild, Claire. She was preceded in death by both husbands, John English & Daniel Rapoport. MEMORIAL GATHERING Tuesday, May 23, 2017, 5:00-7:00 pm at Clock Funeral Home - Muskegon.
