Alma Jane (Rice) Randles, passed away Saturday September 27, 2014. She was born March 16, 1923 to John Merle Rice and Uva May Potter. She was valedictorian of her 1941 graduating class at Ravenna High School. Alma married her high school sweetheart Orville Edward Randles who preceded her in death in 1979 and raised her children attending Wood Avenue Methodist Church/Crestwood United Methodist her entire life. She worked in the accounting office at Muskegon Hardware Supply from 1961-1986. She was a long time resident of Christian Care Assisted Living. Alma's greatest joy after her love of God was spending time with her children and grandchildren. SURVIVORS Alma leaves behind sons, Dan (Joyce) Randles & Clint (Marcia) Randles; daughters, Shirley (Denny) Atchison & Jan (Bryan) Stanton; daughter-in-law, Sandee Randles; her grandchildren, Claudia (Dean) Fhlug, Connie (Kurt) Bonner, Kelly (Todd) Galdeen, Dave (Allison) Revell, Rhonda (Robert) Benson, Rick (Den-Ny) Housler, Heather (Brent) Earheart, Gary (Melissa) Randles, Mindy (Marc) Rosel, Clint (Sarah) Randles, Colt (Jamie) Randles, Britt (significant other, Geoff Nolan) Randles, Tara (Michael) Cooper, Brandy (Heath) Roye; 28 great grandchildren; and brother, Glen (Joyce) Rice. She was also preceded in death by her parents, sister, Nina Strandberg & son, Dale Randles. SERVICE Tuesday, September 30, 2014, 1:00 PM at Crestwood United Methodist Church with Chaplain Colt Randles officiating. Interment at Oakgrove Cemetery. VISITATION Monday, 6-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: Crestwood United Methodist Church.
