BEWALDA, MR. ALLAN ARTHUR Norton Shores, MI Mr. Allan Arthur Bewalda, age 62, died Saturday, July 19, 2003. He was born in Grand Haven, MI on July 23, 1940 to Charles & Beatrice Stulp Bewalda & married the former Betty Bryant on January 28, 1967 in Grand Haven. Mr. Bewalda had been employed as a Dredge Operator at Specialty Sands for 10 years & prior to that he had worked at Bastian Blessing for over 30 years. He was an avid hunter & fisherman, Nascar fan & enjoyed camping. SURVIVORS Wife, Betty; 3 sons, Jack Hitsman & Allan Bewalda, Jr., both of Muskegon, MI & Jeff Bewalda of Grand Haven, MI; 2 daughters, Kim Moon of Fruitport, MI & Kelly John Monroe of Big Rapids, MI; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Jane Ernst of FL & Arlene Norm Wagner of Kalamazoo, MI. SERVICE Wednesday, July 23, 2003, 11:00 AM at Spring Lake Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dan Anderson officiating. Interment at Lake Forest Cemetery.
