She was born in Maple City, MI on April 23, 1932 to James & Edith Pettengill Riggs, Sr. & had been employed as a waitress until retiring. SURVIVORS 5 children; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 5 brothers; 3 sisters; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers; a sister & by a daughter.
