Adele Myers

Mrs. Adele A. Myers, age 86, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013. She was born in Irons, MI on March 1, 1927 to Anton & Barbara (Lasinsk) Masunas and married Herman Myers on January 26, 1948. Mrs. Myers had been employed as a Wax Inspector at Howmet for years until retiring. She was a member of Christ Community Congregational Church and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, gardening, and her flowers. SURVIVORS Daughter, Diana Mattson; grandchildren, Denise Fellows of Muskegon, Dean Fellows, Amanda Malotke, Damon Myers; many great and great great grandchildren; sisters, Helen Chevis, Isabella ; sister-in-law, Evelyn "Aunt Sis" Stewart. She was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Vesta Malotke; son, Larry Myers; grandchildren, Jerry Phelps and Rhonda Phelps. SERVICE Tuesday, September 17, 2013, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Ben Jansen officiating. Interment at Laketon Township Cemetery. VISITATION Monday, 6-8 PM and Tuesday, 1 hour prior to the service at Clock Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice Poppen House.
