Mrs. Shirley Maynard, age 84, died Friday, September 4, 2009. She was born in Muskegon Heights, MI on May 29, 1925 to Henry & Marie (Albrecht) Murray and married Wallace F. Maynard on March 6, 1944. Mrs. Maynard had been a Homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. SURVIVORS Husband of 65 years, Wallace; 4 sons, Wallace (Carol) Maynard of North Muskegon, Larry (Char) Maynard of Edmore, MI, Al (Lisa) Maynard of Maumee, OH, Greg (Denise) Maynard of Twin Lake; 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother. SERVICE Saturday, September 12, 2009, 11:00 AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. VISITATION Saturday, 1 hour prior to the service at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice.
