Sheila Boersema

Mrs. Sheila Lynn Boersema, age 72, passed away Monday, August 12, 2019. She was born in Muskegon, MI on August 25, 1946 to Leonard & Ruth (Johnson) Hansen and married Raymond Boersema. Mrs. Boersema had been employed as a X-Ray Technician for Howmet for 35 years until retiring in 2002. Sheila loved going to yard sales, reading, doing puzzles and enjoyed boating. SURVIVORS Husband, Raymond; daughter, Denielle (John) Arnson; son, Christopher (Natalie Lake) Boersema; grandchildren, Nick, Kerri, Rabecca, Katelynn, Raven, Casey; great grandchildren, Seth, Genivieve, Keegan, Ruby, Isabelle, Kayleigh; brothers, Lornel "Tubby" (Gloria) Hansen, Bobby (Marilyn) Hansen; sisters, Donna (Lester) Ellis, Sharon Baker, Shirley (Frank) Leonard, Sandy Viereck, Carol (Marshall) Cutler; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Merle and Larry "Butch". SERVICE Saturday, August 17, 2019, 1:00 PM with visitation one hour prior to the service at Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Ken Shady officiating. Internment at Fruitland Township Cemetery. MEMORIAL: Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
