CHAFFEE, MRS. RUTH North Muskegon Mrs. Ruth Chaffee, age 75, died Saturday, October 8, 2005. She was born in Muskegon on January 2, 1930 to Raymond & Helen Thompson Johnson and married Lyman Chaffee in 1968. Mrs. Chaffee had been a homemaker. SURVIVORS Husband, Lyman, Jr.; son, Raymond Laura Wood of Oxford, NC; 2 daughters, Mary Jo Balentine of Victoria, TX, Peggy Joe Arnold of Warner Robins, GA; stepsons, Gary Chaffee of Muskegon, Dennis Barbara Chaffee, David Lisa Chaffee, both of Camdenton, MO; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren; brother, Robert Johnson of Honor, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Kenneth J. Wood; brother, Ted Johnson. SERVICE There will be no funeral services. Clock - Muskegon
