Opal Rollenhagen

Mrs. Opal Fern Rollenhagen, age 87, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012. She was born in Magnolia, IL on June 10, 1925 to Irvin & Ora (Turner) Overton and married Harold Rollenhagen in 1967 after her first husband, Thomas Young passed away in 1964. Mrs. Rollenhagen had been employed as a switch board operator at Shaw Walker for 32 years until retiring in 1986. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. SURVIVORS Stepson, William (Kathleen) Rollenhagen of Copemish MI; granddaughters, Susan (Brian) Mayette, Lori Rollenhagen; great grandsons, Brendan & Joey Rollenhagen; brother, Cecil Overton; nieces, Audrey (Donald) Hall & Alexius Overton; very special family, Walter (Patricia) Karr. She was preceded in death by both husbands, stepdaughter, Patricia Rigsby; grandson, Anthony Rollenhagen; sister, Lucille. SERVICE Services will take place at a later date. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.
